The fourth of October is the Cinnamon Bun Day - Kanelbullens dag! In bakeries and convenience stores all over Sweden you will find baskets of warm cinnamon buns, or kanelbullar, as these tasty swirls of pastry are called in Swedish.
We will be celebrating the day by baking this traditional and much-loved pastry together.
Apart from getting a master-class in baking (and tasting) your own cinnamon bun, this will be the opportunity to network with like-minded "fika"-lovers.
Someone once said that the smell of newly baked cinnamon buns is the best smell in the world - come and check it out!
